It has been a year since we requested reviewers. If you can fill the part, contact us via email dream4more@earthlink.net. We will email you two forms: book check list and application. We will need a sample review sent back with these two forms ASAP. We have a couple books ready to be reviewed.

We are also seeking committed reviewers. If you have other obligations, writer/author, editing, businesses, speaking engagements, and other things that will limit your reviews, please do not send your request. Our authors requesting reviews do not need to hear excuses why reviews are not done in a reasonable time. We like to get them done in 1-3 months. Adrienna Turner: founder and reviewer has been doing them lately.

We need to know that you are an avid reader and can write reviews. It takes reading and writing to be a reviewer. Honest, concise, and be choosy with your wording since the author is a human being.

Hope we take home the awards: best literary talk show, best book reviewer, and female author of the year. We shall see on June 12th. Post on blogs on June 13th or so.

We have started in January 2010. The first class was a success of participants and speakers. The second class was also a great show with selected few. Third class was canceled due to busyness and lack of participants...fourth class if no response by tomorrow at midnight...will be canceled too.

*proofreading both nonfiction/fiction manuscripts (light editing, meaning you have had previous editing such as copy-editing/developmental and this is the final stage of editing before going into print to catch typos, spelling, word confusion (eg. sight vs. site), and comments for rewording/sentence structure but no rewriting sentences for you. Normal rate: $1.00 per page, sale price $0.50 page. Send manuscript double spaced, legible font, and pages 130 or less can complete two edits in one month.

*medium editing (or copy-editing but advise after 2-3 edits to get a proofreader) at $1 per page vs. $2.00 rate for nonfiction projects only.

We would like to let you know that Adrienna Turner Show will resume at 9:00 p.m. starting April 10, 2010. We have a list of authors, genre-based books, that will speak about their latest book.

We have considered going back to our 2008/2009 time of 10 p.m. Central Time but have been considerate of those on the Eastern Time Zone. We started as of November 2009 with 8:00 p.m. time that has not been successful for us to have live listeners on the showcases, therefore, we are resuming to 9 p.m. Central Time.

We normally come on every Saturday and some are canceled due to other engagements such as stage play productions held on Saturday nights. We will try to come on at least 2-3 times a month. Leave your comments.

We will start doing 2 shows instead of 4-5 shows a month. We are on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
