• Commitment: once a date is finalized or set, please stick to it. If circumstances forbids, let us know within a 2-24 hours notice.
• Dedication: we need people who are dedicated and motivated to inspire others at all costs
• Dreamer: who has dreams and making them become a reality. Conqueror. Inventor. Creator. 
• Connect: able to connect with the audience and at end of the speech only give current information to connect with you later. Not about promoting your books and businesses, but to give the people something to keep pressing on and resources to build for themselves. EX: Jesus taught them how to fish for themselves, not just catching the fish for them to eat. What does this mean to you?
• Send bio (3-7 sentences) and outline or proposal of at least 1-3 pages, double-spaced, .doc file not .docx to dream4more@earthlink.net. Please send your outlines 14 or more days before the event you are inquiring about.
  
• Proposals are an action plan to get our listeners to "dream again" and want to accomplish their dreams in the primary focus. Interaction or engagement is encouraged, where there are a couple activities for them to do or key steps to jot down during the sessions. Scriptures are acceptable, but not a preaching sermon and to make sure it applies to your principles/keys only. Your speeches have to last for at least 20-30 minutes in length.
• We will review proposals and if selected, we will contact you with further details.
• We would like to do these workshops monthly, or every other month (6-12 times a year).
• We hope to have a dream offering to give to our speakers for your time and energy based on number of participants and speakers who join the sessions.
