• MAIL TWO BOOKS AND PAID POSTAGE ON A BLANK ENVELOPE TO MAIL TO OUR REVIEWERS. EXAMPLE: STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL $4.95 LABEL ON ENVELOPE AND FOLD/PLACE IN THE OTHER STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL OF $4.95 WITH 2 BOOKS, THIS PAID ENVELOPE, AND BIO/MEDIA KIT/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (ADDITIONAL) TO MAIL TO DREAM 4 MORE. POSTAGE TOTAL: $9.90.You can use media mail.

DREAM 4 MORE RATINGS:

1- Dream On: means we did not like it, e.g. editing problems, not well-written, or not aroused by the book

2-Okay Dream: means it is a mediocre book, e.g. it was slow in some areas, not a well-written storyline or plot, editing issues.

3-Wow, what a Dream: We liked it, e.g. well-written, great plot, developed characters and storyline; uniqueness, etc.

4-Sweet Dreams--So Beautiful: We loved the book, e.g. enjoyed the read, page-turner, emotions stirred, uniqueness and creativity.

5-Wooed Me Dream: It was a brilliant and amazing book, e.g. page-turner, suspense/kept me on my toes, emotions on a high, birthed new stories, easily can relate to.

Two Types of Book Reviews:  

(1) Summary Reviews: writes about the content of work without issuing an opinion or its value. These reviews help potential readers select books for that particular needs.

(2) Evaluating Reviews: expresses what the author covered on a specific topic and compares the book with similar works, usually favorable or unfavorable recommendations (can be brief or long).

• Mail two physical copies for a book review. We are no longer accepting pdf files, exceptions is for BTR interviews but only asked upon request. 

• New Rating Feature: Lists the title, author, publisher, publisher date, price of book, star rating and Dream 4 More Rating (website is additional and promotional item). 

Then, we will contact you once we are ready to receive and read your book(s)!

Editing Process:

WE WILL SEND A SUMMARY OF TERMS TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS VIA EMAIL TO REVIEW THE EDITING FORMATS WE OFFER. PLEASE MAIL OR SCAN BACK TO US. MANUSCRIPT IS EDITED 2-3 TIMES.

EARLY CONTACT: ASKING QUESTIONS AS BOOK EDITOR. COVER LETTER IS SENT TO STIPULATE ALL THE EDITING INVOLVED (TRACK CHANGES AND COMMENTS, EDITING COMMENTS ADDITIONAL).

INITIAL EDITING IS THE LONGEST STAGE. SECOND EDITS ARE TO REVIEW, REFINE, AND CORRECT EDITING IF NECESSARY. THIRD EDITS ARE AFTER THE AUTHOR'S REVIEWS AND PROOFREADING TO MAKE SURE IT IS READY FOR PRINT OR TO SUBMIT TO PUBLISHERS YOUR POLISHED COPY.

RECOMMENDED FOR AUTHOR TO RESPOND OR ADD CONTENT BASED ON COMMENTS ADDED IN THE EDITING STAGES. REMOVE EGOS SINCE THE EDITING PROCESS IS TO PERFECT WHAT IS ALREADY WRITTEN FOR YOUR PUBLIC AUDIENCE.

MANUSCRIPT CRITIQUES:

Manuscript critique is a resource for new and aspiring authors where your manuscript is evaluated for its strengths and weaknesses. We have to remove pride and egos to accept constructive criticism to have a manuscript ready to submit to editor, agent, and or publisher.

We do not edit your work, it is only a critique to make your writing journey more successful.  We provide this service separate. This is cheaper than editing.

We give you things to look for so your manuscript flows, captures the reader, plot is well-written, characterization, narrative voice, pace, POV, style of editing can be suggested and much more. We will provide a full feedback evaluation: comments in the manuscript or document sent to us for review and writing critique form that highlights your strengths and weakness more in depth with a scoring chart in the areas that need work or little work. 

Guidelines for submission:

•  finished or nearly finished manuscript.
• genre of book (to see which person can evaluate based on expertise).
• advice is only for writing resource tool, not promotion or blurbs.
• .doc file not .docx (or Word 2007, save as .doc or version 97-2003).
• partial critique: 3 chapters or up to 50 pages, $25.00
• half manuscript: over 50 pages to 100 pages, $150.00
• full manuscript: 150-250 pages, $300.00
• exceeds 250 pages, no longer than 400 (with exception to the rule on a case-by-case basis): we will send a separate invoice.

 * We require up to 1-4 weeks to complete the evaluation. The evaulation form is compiled of 7+ pages (blank) and can exceed to 50 pages depending on notes and comments. This is not editing, this is a critique to improve your writing or manuscript. Our form explains this more in depth.

*We are working on building committed authors, where we also critique each other manuscripts as a writing group critique. Currently, only one or two authors available for this. This is not relevant to manuscript critiques.
